Running Water, fresh or spring water is more sanitary than standing water for washing. There is a reference to washing clothes and one's body in fresh water in Leviticus 15:13.

Helping Communicable Illness Contacts
To "prevent" new cases of diseases such as leprosy or to "contain" communicable diseases such as tuberculosis or avian flu, health care providers want to help people who were or could be in contact with "index cases (the first key sick people)" or "spreaders". This is how SARS was kept from spreading worldwide. Of course, if you can find the words in a few languages with the Bible, you can find them in all the others where you have versions that are complete--often with minimal help. Trust the Holy Spirit to help you.
If we need to get in touch again, we need to know each others names.
We ask and are asked questions such as:

Which came first the chicken or the egg?
It seems 'the chicken' according to some people who read
Genesis 1:19-20:
And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day. And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."
You can always formulate other scenarios!
The eggs could have come first, to hatch during the fourth day, and then God could let the bird fly.
or
God made the 'birds' completely and let them fly.
